Privacy Policy

This policy covers the PageToPromo website, waitlist and video workbench. Features marked “coming soon” do not process a generation request. The demo uses sample results and does not send your demo input to an AI service.

What we collect

  • Waitlist form: the product URL and email address you type.
  • Google sign-in: your Google account identifier, verified email address, name and profile image, when supplied by Google. We use these to create and recognize your PageToPromo account and show your profile. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars.
  • Video projects: the URL or description you submit, any image links you provide, the page facts we read, your script and editing requests, and generated previews and videos. We also store job status and credit transactions so you can return to a project and we can handle failed jobs.
  • Request data: the page you submitted from, your browser user agent. Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit the form.
  • Analytics: page views and actions such as waitlist submission and generation progress through a self-hosted Plausible instance. We do not include your submitted product URL, email or prompt text in these analytics events.

Why

  • To email you once rendering opens and, if you reply, to talk about your launch.
  • To keep the form from being abused.
  • To see which pages people find useful.
  • To sign you in, keep your projects associated with your account, generate the video you request and maintain your credit balance.

Google account data and browser storage

Google profile information is used for account access and support, not as input to our video prompts. Our login requests only basic identity information (openid, email and profile). The workbench uses browser storage to retain your session and recover your current project; the demo uses storage for the current browser tab. You can remove this local data in your browser settings and revoke Google sign-in access in your Google Account.

Who processes it

  • Our own API and database, hosted on a server we operate.
  • Cloudflare, which serves this site and sees standard request logs.
  • Google, which authenticates your sign-in.
  • OpenRouter and its selected model provider for scripts and edits, and APIMart and its selected model provider for video composition. These services receive project facts, scripts and editing instructions as text. The facts may include public logo or image URLs; this version does not send image file contents to these AI services. Do not submit confidential material or personal data you are not authorized to share with these services.
  • Our rendering service produces the video, and Cloudflare R2 stores the output. Downloads use temporary links; anyone you share a working download link with can access that file until the link expires.
  • If paid checkout becomes available, Stripe processes payment details and sends us payment and subscription status. We do not receive your full card number. Waitlist and demo use do not create a purchase.
  • X (Twitter), only if you press “Load the original post from X” on a template page. That loads X’s embed script, which sets X’s own cookies.

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Retention

Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to delete them or we shut the product down, whichever comes first.

Account and project records remain available to operate your account and workbench. Expiry of a download link does not delete the stored video. Contact us to request deletion of your account, projects and outputs; we may need to retain transaction or security records where required for legal obligations or dispute handling.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to processing. We answer within 30 days.
