Changing the aspect ratio requires another render. Check the workbench's confirmation before spending credits. Credits belong to your PageToPromo account and cannot be transferred.
Plans & billing questions
What can I try for free?
When generation opens, a Google account on PageToPromo gets 10 welcome credits for one script and one free 5-second, 720p watermarked preview. No card is needed. The interactive demo uses sample data and does not generate a new video.
How many finished videos does a plan include?
A full render costs 100 credits. Scripts, chat edits and extra previews also use credits, so the number of finished videos depends on your workflow. A script plus a full render costs at least 110 credits before paid edits or extra previews.
Do credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid billing period. A successful renewal starts a new monthly allowance; unused credits do not accumulate.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Use Manage subscription to cancel future renewal in Stripe. Your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Canceling does not automatically refund an earlier payment; contact support for billing problems.
Does it capture my product screenshots?
The current workflow reads public page text or your description, then creates a script and animated typography, shapes and layouts. It does not automatically capture your product interface. Review the facts and script before rendering.
